Shipping within the United States
We ship from our U.S. warehouse in New Jersey to addresses within the United States only, using USPS or DHL.
Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 1–2 business days.
- Standard shipping: estimated delivery within 2–7 business days after dispatch to most destinations.
- Express shipping: estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at service@anabellawomen.com to confirm available express options.
Delivery estimates are in addition to order processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier, and remote locations may experience delays.
Tracking and delivery
We provide a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Please choose an address where you can receive your order, such as your home or workplace. Delivery hours depend on the carrier. Please ensure your contact details are correct and remain available for any delivery updates or coordination from the carrier.
Cancellation of transaction and exchange / return policy
The wrong size? Did you regret it and decide to ship it back? No problem, send an email with a copy of the order invoice or other ID to the email address: service@anabellawomen.com
Please do so up to 10 business days from the date of receipt of the order. Please indicate in the email whether you would like to exchange or return the item/s.
The customer (not the recipient) must cancel the order in each case under the following conditions: any credit will be transferred only to the credit card/PayPal account used to place the order, and according to the credit company's schedules.
The credit will only be made upon receipt of the item/s back in their original condition.
Cancellation of the order before sending the product to the customer will not result in an additional charge, and the money paid for the transaction will be refunded to the customer, including the shipping fee. A monetary credit will be given in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Cancellation of a transaction after the product has been shipped - After receiving the goods in the company's warehouses, a financial credit will be given (excluding the shipping cost paid or given in the original order) provided the item is returned without use and / or defect and / or damage - and labeled as received. If the product is returned not as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited (no monetary credit and no credit voucher).

Return Guidelines – Please Read Before Sending
Shipping Method
1. Use standard shipping via USPS
2. Tracking is required — choose the most cost-effective shipping option and send us the tracking reference number
3. Include Your Order Information - Be sure to enclose a note with your full name (as used in your original order) to help us process your return promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return shipping is at your expense and is non-refundable.
2. Exchanges - If you'd like to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement item at our expense, for free.
3. Please send us the returned package reference number or a photo of the receipt so we can track it and also ship out the replacement as soon as possible.
If you need any help, we are here to assist and make the return/exchange process as smooth as possible.
Refund processing time
We will inspect your return and issue an eligible refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. We’ll email you once your refund has been issued. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
