Delivery options

We provide a tracking number for your package, you may follow it.

The courier will notify you by text to your phone to coordinate his arrival‭, ‬so it is recommended to be available after ordering on the website‭.‬

Delivery hours depend on the shipping company and its responsibility‭. ‬You should choose a convenient address for receiving the‭ ‬shipment‭ (‬possible to your workplace address‭).‬

There may be delays in the arrival of the courier in the case of remote localities‭.

Cancellation of transaction and exchange‭ / ‬return policy

The wrong size‭? ‬Did you regret and decide to ship back‭? ‬No problem‭, ‬send an email with a copy of the order invoice or other ID‭ ‬to the email address‭: ‬service@anabellawomen.com

Please do so up to 5‭ ‬days from the date of receipt of the order‭. ‬Please indicate in the email whether you would like to exchange or return the item‭.‬

It is up to the customer‭ (‬and not the recipient‭) ‬to cancel the order made in each of the cases and under the following conditions‭: ‬any credit will be transferred to the credit card / PayPal account where the order was made only‭, ‬and by the credit company's‭ ‬schedules‭. ‬No monetary credit will be given for items for which no monetary consideration has been paid‭, ‬such as promotions or gifts‭.‬

The credit will only be made upon receipt of the item‭/‬s back in their original condition‭.‬

Cancellation of the order before sending the product to the customer will not result in an additional charge‭, ‬and the money paid‭ ‬for the transaction will be refunded to the customer‭, ‬including the shipping fee‭. ‬A monetary credit will be given in accordance‭ ‬with the provisions of the law‭.‬

Cancellation of a transaction after the product has been shipped‭ - ‬After receiving the goods in the company's warehouses‭, ‬a financial credit will not be given not including the shipping cost paid or given in the original order‭, ‬provided the item is returned without use and‭ / ‬or defect and‭ / ‬or damage‭ - ‬and labeled as received‭. ‬If the product is returned not as stated in this section‭, ‬the customer will not be credited‭ (‬no monetary credit and no credit voucher‭).‬

Return Guidelines – Please Read Before Sending

Shipping Method
• Use standard shipping via USPS (for U.S. customers) or your country’s national postal service.
• Tracking is not required — choose the most cost-effective shipping option.

Please do not use private courier services such as EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or TNT, or any priority/express mail services.
These are often delayed at customs and may be returned to the sender at your expense.

Customs Declaration
• Mark the package as a “Returned Item.”
• Declare the value as $25 to help avoid customs delays in Israel.

Include Your Order Information
• Be sure to enclose a note with your full name (as used in your original order) to help us process your return promptly.


Return & Exchange Policy

Return shipping is at your expense and is non-refundable.

Exchanges - If you'd like to exchange an item, we charge a $10 fee to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
